After my first week, I was ready to paint something inspired by my new home. I had never been to Barcelona, so I wanted to soak up every place, person, and moment I experienced. One of the biggest reasons I fell in love with Miami was the music. I feel the same way about Spain. I felt the energy of sound and art instantly, so I decided to let music inspire my next set of paintings. Barcelona truly does not sleep…you walk the streets during the day and cannot miss the live music in the streets and restaurants. But this is just the beginning. Once the sun sets, the night lights up even louder with music, dancing, and celebration. I found that the music not only brings the locals together, it brings everyone together…
